Day 1: Yangon Arrival & Sightseeing (L, D)

Day 1: Yangon Arrival & Sightseeing (L, D)
At 10.15, you will arrive in Yangon International Airport. Then you meet our guide and driver who will transfer you to hotel and take a little break.
In the afternoon, you will explore a different Yangon from the striking landmarks to amazing hidden markets. The highlight of our first day trip is a city circular train to Kyee Myin Daing Train Station to explore the daily lives of authentic local people. After that, continue our trip with a visit to Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda.
Complete our first day trip with an exploration of one of the city’s most sacred pagoda named Shwedagon to indulge in interesting religious activities around the pagoda platform as well as view stunning sunset from pagoda platform, Dinner will be carefully served in a great local restaurant and at hotel in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon – Fly to Bagan – Sightseeing (B, L, D)
Your next day trip will start with an early morning transfer to the airport to be prepared for your flight to Bagan. Being home to loads of temples, pagodas, stupas and ancient ruins, Bagan is actually a great culturally historic places in Myanmar to delve into Buddhist practices, religious activities and local traditions.
On arrival at Nyaung U International Airport, we will start to tour around the city by make a first stop at local Nyaung Oo Market where we can obtain unique experience of the locals’ lives.
After our wonderful market visit, we will head down to factory of Pone Ye Gyi. Here, we will enjoy one of the Myanmar’s traditional foods made from hose-gram and used as a side-dish all over Myanmar or even salad mixing with oil, chili, onion, or meat.
Continue our trip to Shwezigon Pagoda, which a typical later Myanmar stupas erected by King Anawrahta during the early 11th century. After that reward yourself with a visit to Ananda temple where you can grab a chance to witness the Bagan’s most fascinating symmetrical structure, featuring the Greek cross’s layout. Before returning to hotel for check in and save energy for afternoon sightseeing, we will have a lunch break at a nice local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will head to one of Bagan’s local village to witness how local Burmese kids make traditional snacks, play rural games and study the Burmese literature. Before ending our second day, we will stop at Pya That Gyi Temple to enjoy the sunset and enjoy dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Bagan.
Day 3: Bagan – Fly back to Yangon – Sightseeing (B, L, D)
Have a breakfast first and then we take a flight return to Yangon. Upon arrival, a local orphanage in Yangon will be our first stop. We will visit over 100 orphans who are taken care of by local staff. Trip to this local orphanage, we have a deeper understanding of not only orphans but also local people’s lives. After meeting the head teacher, we will head to the kitchen to help cleaning and preparing meals for our orphans.
Around 11:30AM, it’s lunch time for children and we will help to serve them the meal. For sure, you can also have lunch with them.
Continue our enjoyable afternoon trip with a visit to two of the Myanmar’s largest Cathedrals named St. Marry Cathedral erected in 1899 and CHULIA MUSLIM DARGAH MOSQUE constructed in 1886. Then, it’s time for us to enjoy authentic experience with a local ferry to Dala located beyond Yangon City as well as take a rickshaw ride for going around the a little town of Dala. We will be back to Yangon in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight in Yangon.
Day 4: Yangon Departure (B)
Complete our tour with a free visit or shopping at the Scott Market until our car arrives at hotel in good time to take us to the airport for departure flight at 1 PM in our last day. Trip ends.
