e-Visa System Opening Ceremony

On 1st September, 2014 at Yangon International Airport, H.E. U Khin Yi, Ministry of Immigration and Population and H.E. U Htay Aung, Ministry of Hotels and Tourism has opened online electronic e-Visa application service on.

E-Visa to Myanmar is now could be issued at Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay International Airports. You can use your e-Visa to enter Myanmar through Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay International Airports even if you have chosen Yangon International Airport as port of entry.

Its hopes will encourage more travelers to visit in Myanmar.
