Day 1: Yangon Arrival (D)
Mingalabar! Welcome to Yangon – the largest and most exciting city in Myanmar.
Upon arrival at Yangon international airport, meet and welcome by our friendly tour guide who always shows his passion and humor to students. It will be a bit tired after the flight so we will quickly transfer you to the hotel for check-in and a short break. Along the way, you will capture the first glimpse of the unique architecture characterized by the mix between Burmese and colonial architecture that featured on the street buildings in the downtown city.
In the afternoon, we will make our first visit to Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, the most well-known Buddhist pagodas in Bahan township of Yangon housing one of the largest reclining Buddha images with 66 meters long. Together with the massive Buddha images, the pagoda displays the gallery of impressive painting and other small Buddha statues devote to Buddhas each day of the week. From there, proceed to Karaweik Hall, the most stunning photo stop situated on the shore of the serene Kandawgyi lake. In the evening, dinner will be served in a local restaurant.

Day 2: Yangon Morning Sightseeing – Charity Project (B, D) (No Guide for Charity Project)
After breakfast this morning, your guide will take you to Shwedagon pagoda, the most revered Buddhist pagoda in Yangon dating back to 2500 years ago which it said to be home to eight strands of the Buddha's hair. Not just important to Buddhism, the pagoda makes it stand out by the fantastic architecture and the glittering crown tipped with 5448 diamonds and 2317 rubies. After that, let your students take part in a Charity project to some of the schools in the region. In the evening, transfer to the hotel in Yangon.
Day 3-4: Yangon – Free Day for Charity Project (B, D) (No guide)
Each day on day 3 and day 4 will be a memorable day as you will have a chance to help those Burmese children who are unprivileged by teaching them English, prepare meals, and play with them. Return to the hotel in the evening of each day after the project.

Day 5: Yangon – Fly to Heho – Inle Lake (B, D)
Say goodbye to Yangon this morning to board a flight to Heho where is the gateway city to the beautiful Inle Lake. Our guide will wait for you at the airport to transfer you to the hotel in Nyaung Shwe for check-in. Dinner rounds off in a local restaurant.
Day 6: Inle Lake Sightseeing & Cooking class (B, L, D)
Power up your morning with an early visit to the local market which rotates every five days to capture the images of hill tribes dress in traditional outfit selling their staples. After that, highlight your morning activities at a cooking class where your students will have an opportunity to make traditional Burmese dishes using local seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Your afternoon sightseeing will include a visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the most reversed in southern Shan State housing five 800-year-old golden images of the Buddha. Continue your boat trip through the endless floating garden – the symbol of Inle Lake, you will reach a local village where you will spend the time to explore the local production. Inle Lake is home to many traditional handicrafts including lotus weaving by wooden handlooms, cigar making, canoe carving, and traditional blacksmiths.

Day 7: Visit Khaung Daing Hot Springs by Tuk-tuk – Fly to Bagan (B, L, D)
Wake up in the sound of bird-singing this morning and then take a scenic drive to Khaung Daing village, a tranquil village where is well known for its soybean cakes and noodles. The main highlight of this morning is the hot spring where you can relax in the swimming pool that leads by the hot water from the natural spring. Enjoy your time here and if time permits, you can gaze out at the beautiful Phwar Ya Thay Paya which can be translated as "lady monk". From the temple provide a great view of the village's scenery. Later, transfer back to Nyaung Shwe to check out at the hotel and move to the airport to board a flight to Bagan.

Day 8: Bagan – Mt Popa – Bagan ( B, L, D)
As the sun flickers over the sky, pick up at your hotel for a drive to Mt Popa, an extinct volcano where is one of the most important pilgrim sites in Myanmar. After hiking up to 777 steps, you will reach the top where offer you an incredible panoramic view of the region. The pagoda on the top of the mountain is where you and your students will have a chance to marvel at different shrines and gain an insight into the Nat (natural spirit) of Burmese. After finishing your visit to Mt Popa, drive back to Bagan. Along the way, if you wish, we can stop for a short visit to a village where people still remain an extremely simple way of life. In a local family is where your students will meet the local and learn more about the rural life of Burmese people.
As you arrive at Bagan, take a rest and transfer to the jetty in the late afternoon to embark on a wooden boat trip sailing along the scenic Irrawaddy River to Shwezigon pagoda. enjoy your breathtaking route from the sundeck to marvel at the natural scenery and the daily activities of people living sparsely along the riverside. If your boat trip falls on a sunny day, you will have a chance to capture one of the most beautiful sunsets over the region.

Day 9: Bagan Biking Tour (B, L, D)
Today is an amazing day for you and your students to explore the hidden charm of Bagan on a bike. Rise before dawn this morning to watch the lovely sunrise over the lush tree of the area. After breakfast, ready to cycle through the impressive pagodas including Ananda, one of the most beautiful and well-preserved pagodas in Bagan. Shwezigon, one of the most important religious centers in Myanmar and is where keeping the bone and tooth of Gautama Buddha. Passing through the idyllic village, you will be greeted by the friendly and hospitable local farmers who are working on the fields. After crossing endless ancient brick structures, you will reach the Shwesandaw the ancient terraced temple where is most famous as the place to watch sunrise and sunset in Myanmar. Continue your exciting biking trip, ready for an exploration of the tradition and lifestyle of Bagan people. Pedal to a peaceful village where you will see many bamboo houses, menageries of pigs and special white cows. Stop at a local school to see the students on their break. Then spend your time to visit a local family to greet and see their daily simple life.
In the late afternoon, cycle to the sunset hill and wait for the moment when the sun is slowly going down, the highlight of this afternoon sightseeing will enchant your heart by the image of the magical hue that slowly disappears behind the horizon.

Day 10: Free day in Bagan – Train to Yangon (B, L)
Today will be a long day of transferring from Bagan to Yangon by train. This morning, enjoy your free time until the driver comes to pick you up to the train station.
Day 11: Arrival Yangon (B, L, D)
Today is at leisure for you to spend time discovering Yangon your way. You can learn more about how the tea leaf has shaped the culture and tradition of Burma in a famous teahouse in the city. For more knowledge about art, architecture, history, and culture of Myanmar, we highly recommend you to visit the National Museum to watch a display of an extensive collection of artifacts, ornaments, and work of art. In the evening, transfer to Karaweik Hall to savor an authentic Burmese meal and enjoy a cultural performance.

Day 12: Yangon Departure
