Day 1: Bangkok arrival (D)
Welcome on arrival at Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport in Thailand – the land of smiles, we will transfer to our hotel. After a short rest, start your Myanmar Thailand tour will a visit Jim Thompson’s House with its wide range of Thai paintings, Sawankalok Pottery, Benjarong porcelain, and Khmer statues. This extensive collection is housed in six old teak houses set in a lush garden.
In the evening, we will have dinner with authentic Thai food. After dinner, our guide will show us around the Asiatique night market, one of the largest and the most interesting night markets in Bangkok. After that, we will back to the hotel for overnight accommodation.
Day 2: Bangkok – Grand Palace and City Canals (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the most beautiful temples Wat Phra Kaew which is famous for the Emerald Buddha Image, and the Royal Grand Palace, dedicated to the Thai Royal Family’s ceremony.
We will then visit Bangkok Canal by motorboat, which is renowned as the long-tailed boat. The boat passes the Royal Barges Museum, the beautiful ornament boat, which has been used in the royal procession. Visitors will have a chance to observe part of the Thai belief and the secret activities during their visit. Along the way, pass by the most famous royal temple, the temple of Dawn, or Wat Arun, view Bangkok's most stunning landmark, the Prang, before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Bangkok.
Day 3: Bangkok – Bangkok Floating Market – Bangkok (B, L)
Today delivers you an amazing experience to explore the fascinating Damnoen Saduak floating market in Ratchaburi province which is about 110 km from Bangkok. On arrival, we will visit a local Sugar Palm factory before the board on a long tails boat along Damnern canals.
Next, we will drive south of Bangkok to the garden province of Samut Songkhram in the Mae Klong River delta area. We will first visit a unique country market along the railway tracks; see the train arrive bringing the people to the market.
At about 3 pm, we return to Bangkok.
Day 4: Ayutthaya Ancient Town – Chiang Mai (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, take a drive to the former capital city of Siam, Ayutthaya. The ancient city of Ayutthaya is known as the "Venice of the East" because it lies along the Chao Phraya river. The glory of the Ayutthaya Empire (1350-1767A.D.) is evident in the remains of temples such as Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and Wat Chai Wattanaram, which we will visit on arrival.
After lunch, we head to Wat Lokaya Sutha to visit the largest reclining Buddha image of Ayutthaya with 42 meters long. Then follow your guide to Wat Mahathat, an important temple housing meditation center, and the oldest Buddhist.
After that, we will drive back Bangkok then to the airport to board a flight to Chiang Mai. On arrival, we will transfer to the hotel where we will spend the night.

Day 5: Highlights of Chiang Mai (B, L, D)
Today, we will have an Orientation and Moat tour in Chiang Mai before stopping at Three King Monument to pay respect to the Chiang Mai Founder together with his friends. After lunch, we will visit the Handicraft Village along Sankampang Road to see the famous local products such as silverware, lacquerware, Thai silk. This evening, we will have dinner with the Northern cuisine of Khan Toke Style with traditional performances.
Day 6: Kanta Elephant Camp – Hmong Hill Tribe Village (B, L)
After breakfast, we will head to Kanta Elephant Sanctuary where you will your time together with the elephants which is well-cared by the staff. Spend your time to see their daily life, feed and bath them, as well as gain insights into their behavior and history.
After lunch in a local restaurant surrounded by nature, we visit Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden to see the most diverse natural plants that Thailand offers. Your guide then also takes you to the nearby Hmong Hill Tribe Village, a peaceful tribe village where you can spend time visiting the museum, beautiful gardens, local houses, and souvenir shops.
Finally, transfer back to Chiang Mai town and have free time to experience Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.

Day 7: Chiang Mai – Morning Alms Giving (B, L)
Get up early in the morning and find our guide is waiting at the hotel to take us to join in a Morning Alms Giving. We will have some cooked food or fruit prepared by our guide to offer to the monk for merit-making.
Afterward, we will return to our hotel for a proper breakfast. We will then drive up to Doi Suthep to visit Doi Suthep Temple and its compound where we will have a panoramic view of the city from the temple’s terrace. In the late afternoon, we transfer back to the hotel where we spend the night.
Day 8: Chiang Mai – Mandalay (B, D)
Time will be free until our car arrives to take us to the airport for a noon flight to Mandalay, a famous hub of Buddhism in Myanmar, Mandalay has a realm of stupas, monks, and monasteries. On arrival at Mandalay Airport, we will be welcomed by our local guide and transferred to our hotel.
Day 9: Mandalay – Sagaing – Amarapura (B, L)
This morning, we will start our Mandalay tour with a visit to Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery - noted for its exquisite woodcarvings, gold leaf beating workshop and Kuthodaw Pagoda - known for containing the world’s largest book and concludes the tour by visiting Mandalay Hill to watch the sunset and the panoramic view of the city. Overnight accommodation in Mandalay.
After that, we leave the city for Sagaing Hill where we will learn about the schooling of monks, visit Budda Cave, U Min Thonze Pagoda, Sunooponnyashin Pagoda and finally take in the panoramic view of Mandalay. Our next stop of this day tour is Amarapura, which is famous for Mahagandayon Monastery and the best place to experience the daily lives of the monks in Mandalay. Enjoying our walking over U Bein Wooden Bridge, the 250-year-old which is the longest teakwood bridge in the world. Let take a scenic boat trip to get a chance to behold the panorama of the picturesque bridge in the sunset. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 10: Mandalay – Day boat to Bagan (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, our car will transfer us to the jetty for the daily boat along the Irrawaddy River from Mandalay to Bagan. Arrive Bagan in the late afternoon between 15:00 and 17:00 depends on the water level, we will transfer to the hotel in Bagan for check-in. The rest of the day will be free at leisure. Day 11: Bagan Sightseeing (B, L)
Bagan is Myanmar’s archaeological wonderland and there are more than 3,000 ancient temples blossom from the countryside. Start your Bagan tour with a visit to the bustling Nyang U Market in Old Bagan and then explore the beauty of gold leaf Shwezigon Pagoda and learn about Burmese Buddhist traditions. A visit to Ananda Temple is our next stop of this day tour, stopping along the way on the Bagan plains to admire some of the surrounding temples. In the afternoon, take a tour of a local lacquerware workshop and explore how this traditional piece of art is made. Overnight in hotel in Bagan.
Day 12: Bagan – Fly to Heho – Inle Lake sightseeing (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, we take a flight to Heho and drive to Inle Lake. Inle Lake, the second largest lake in Myanmar, is located 900 meters above sea level. The lake is home to the Intha People, a Tibeto-Burman ethnic group, known for their one leg rowing techniques.
Upon arrival, we board a motorboat for sightseeing to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famed for its richly gilded five small Buddha images and also believed to be the holiest in Inle Lake. Our next visit is Ngaphechaung Monastery, known as “jumping cat” pagoda. As we travel further into Nam Pan village cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses will impress you with a sense of traditional Intha life. Overnight in Inle Lake.
Day 13: Inle Lake Tour – Indein – Fly to Yangon (B)
This morning, we will visit the unique “5-Day Market” held in different villages surrounding the lake. This is absolutely a magnificent place to enjoy the scene of local tribes in their colorful clothes and then experience the exotic market atmosphere. After lunch, the boat will take us to the beautiful temple of Indein, located on the hill overlooking the lake. It will certainly be relaxing to walk along the corridor and enjoy the giant columns which have been left nature for centuries. We will then drive to the airport for an afternoon flight to Yangon. Overnight will be in Yangon.
Day 14: Yangon city tour (B)
Today, we continue visiting this former capital city. Start your Yangon city tour with the first visit to Sule Pagoda, in the heart of Yangon city; Chauk Hhtat Gyi Pagoda and Kandawgyi Lake.
After lunch, we discover the most outstanding pagoda in Yangon: Shwedagon Pagoda. The “Golden Pagoda” is really a must-see while we are in Myanmar. We will finish our day with free time for shopping in the bustling Scott market. (Note: the market is closed on Mondays and gazette holiday).

Day 15: Yangon Departure (B)
